Tara Hoffman, President of Dolkar Wellness, is kicking off a her sixth session of NeoWellness Cellular Level Approach to Weight Loss on March 22, 2010. The average weight loss for each person has been 10 pounds and all participants say they would never eat unhealthy food again - choosing to eat vegetables over cookies.
The plan involves eating nutritious, healthy, REAL food and avoiding processed or unhealthy food. Added to the mix is a half hour of exercise, drinking at least 8 glasses of pure water, doing a short meditation and using a slim-down visualization - all done daily.
Tara describes the program she designed: “Participants follow the plan 6 days a week and then have one ‘free day’. It’s been proven that dieting without denying oneself works much better than sticking to a very strict diet – it’s just too hard to maintain. I personally do not believe in torturing myself to shed weight. I lost 28 pounds so far on this plan and have not gone hungry. Health and wellness is what I promote in my programs – then the weight will naturally fall away and a more balanced ‘You’ will emerge.”
“During the first session I’ll introduce the program and answer any questions you may have. I’ll share with you some recipes and tips about how you can most effectively shed the pounds and provide a food plan. Each Monday you’ll weigh in and experience the excitement of shedding weight. I guarantee the program. There are no gimmicks or diet pills – just learning to live a more healthy life. The pilot program has already proven it works.”
