If a retail customer purchases product from an Associate, the retailing Associate will be responsible for facilitating the return and providing the customer with a refund or exchanged product(s).

The company will exchange any product(s) for like product(s) of equal or lesser value within 12 months of purchase. This policy applies equally to Associates, Members and Retail Customers. A 10% restocking fee will be issued on all product exchanges. The Company will also cover the cost of shipping the new product to the customer.
Note: The Company will make exchanges only for marketable inventory-unopened, restockable products plus any up-to-date promotional materials that are in good, usable condition.
Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned to the Company without this authorization number cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Return the product(s), along with proof of purchase and any other required documentation to us. Associates and Members will be responsible for the cost of return shipments. In the case of product exchange, we will be responsible for the re-shipping cost of the new product(s).
