1 small head of green cabbage, preferably Savoy or another wrinkled variety 3 organic carrots 1 small red onion ½ cup organic mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast 1 teaspoon dill seed or dill weed Salt and pepper
1. Shred cabbage, carrots and onion in food processor or grater. Place shredded vegetables in large bowl
2. Add remainder of ingredients to bowl. Stir well and serve.
