meal replacement energy bars

        1 Cup Formula #1 French Vanilla
                     Weight loss Shake Mix
         2/3 Cup Soft Butter or Olive Oil
         1 cup Brown Sugar
         1 Egg
         1 teaspoon Vanilla
         1 ½ cup rolled oats
         ½ cup whole-grain flour
         ½ teaspoon baking powder
         ½ teaspoon Baking soda
         ½ teaspoon salt
         ½ Cup each:
               Chopped Apricots (or raisins)
               Slivered Almonds
               Dried Cranberries
               Shredded Coconut

        Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat butter, brown sugar,  
then egg and vanilla together.

        In another bowl premix the rest of the ingredients  
and fold into the butter mixture. Spread evenly into pan.     
 Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 10  
minutes, then cut into 8 bars.
