Bombay Pineapple Smoothie
Bombay Pineapple        
       Smoothie

1 8-oz. container plain yogurt
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
2 scoops
Vanilla Formula #1 Protein Mix
1/2 ripe medium banana
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1  1/2 piece fresh ginger, quartered
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamon

 Spoon yogurt into blender along with the
Formula #1 Vanilla Protein Mix and then add
all other ingredients. Add some ice cubes and
blend well. Serve with lemon twist or sprig of
mint.
