THE FOOD PLAN *********************
Eat nutritious, healthy REAL food - no packaged food that contains little nutritional value. You have one day a week OFF. On that day, you can eat what you want.

WATER *********************
You must drink at least 70 oz. of water a day - this doesn't include any other beverage - only water itself.

EXERCISE *********************
You must do at least one hour of exercise a day. It can be walking, aerobics, biking, swimming, weight lifting....anything that gets us up off the couch. On your day off, you need not exercise.

MEDITATION *********************
You will begin meditating 5 minutes a day and slowly work up to meditating at least 30 minutes a day - preferably more.
Meditation is simply sitting quietly.

AFFIRMATIONS *********************
You will learn how to utilize positive affirmations to keep the mind in a positive place. Negativity can cause us so eat more than we need. You can pick your own & I will assist you.
