THE FOOD PLAN

Eat nutritious, healthy
REAL food - no   
packaged food that  
contains little
nutritional value. You
have one day a week  
OFF. On that day, you  
can eat what you want.
         WATER

You must drink at least    
70 oz. of water a day -
this doesn't include any  
other beverage - only  
water itself.
       EXERCISE

You must do at least one     
hour of exercise a day.  
It can be walking,
aerobics, biking,  
swimming, weight
lifting....anything that
gets us up off the
couch. On your day
off, you need not
exercise.
   MEDITATION

You will begin  
meditating 5 minutes
a day and slowly work
up to meditating at
least 30 minutes a day
- preferably more.
